That was a good Super Bowl too. However the crew cut shots almost traumatized me for life. lol

The nice thing is, we don't have to agree! You quoted Barry Goldwater, and generally I hate that guy, but the quote you used in your argument was well-placed and relevant. You and I, we're obviously on different ends of the spectrum, but that doesn't mean either one of us is more right than the other. Hell, a good majority of my friends are very conservative, believe it or not. I earn their respect as they earn mine because we stand for what we believe in, but we aren't so closed minded that we have our decisions made before we even hear the argument. If only the government could do that, maybe this divisive partisan politics shit would end, y'know?

I don't think you should go. You add a lot of substance to the community and inspire people like me (though I'm not sure if that's a compliment for you or not). You're a hell of a guy to chat with on AIM, you create some wonderful topics that require days of reading to respond to the 23 pages, and most importantly, I believe you like it here. No matter what anyone tells you or says, you are a welcome member of the community (just look at your farwell thread).

If you still want to go, that's fine and I can respect your decisions. I just want you to know, I don't think I should become the President like that! ^_^
