As announced on the E-fed Blog, the Tournament of Champions is coming to us in the month of May on Brian Jenkins' E-fed News Network. Click the link for further details, but here's a summary.
- It's being held at www.efednews.net so if you don't have an account on the forums there, register. I will make sure you have access if you're interested in being in.
- All singles Champions, plus the last World (or equivalent... Transatlantic in AWC, Universal in PRIME, Legacy in LoC, etc.) Champion before the current one in each fed, plus anyone whose won a major interfed tournament or super-major intrafed tournament (like NFW Ultratitle, AWC Zero to Hero, LoC Or Die Trying) are eligible.
- Registration opens Wednesday, April 19th, and you can register in one of many ways listed on the blog entry. Plus, if you're eligible on that drop-dead date, you can NOT lose your eligiblity. If you're not eligible on that date, but gain eligibility before the registration closes at 11:59:59 PM on Tuesday, May 2nd, you're eligible and can't lose that eligibility.
- There will be three themed rounds of RP. The themes will be revealed as we get closer to RP time.
- We're also going to be needing judges. This is IMPORTANT because I need to have variety on my panel. I need judges from all different parts of the e-fed world, so this is almost as important as who's handling as an RPer.
Anyway, that's it in a nutshell. If you have any questions, feel free to let me know via PM, e-mail or AIM. I'm on usually at nights and on weekends (Wednesday night is the only night you can count on me not being online).
And to spark discussion, who from your fed or community do you want to see enter? And who do you think has the best shot to win if he/enters?
Good luck for those who enter, and I hope to see a good bit of you at least showing interest!
